Eric was quick to respond to a phone inquiry, quick to schedule an appointment, called in advance of his arrival with a time window, arrived on time, assessed the repairs and completed them following with a careful walk-through and inspection to ensure satisfaction all for a very, very reasonable price.
At the end, my family was happy, I was happy and my pocket was happy!
